What to do after a Road Traffic Accident

Outside of office hours you can follow the steps below and email the information to us together with the completed accident report form and a copy of the driver’s license, front and back. We will review on our return and make contact with you to discuss the accident.

Outside of office hours you may not be able to contact aligned repairers. Please ensure that you protect your property from further damage and remember it is important to mitigate your losses. For example, storage charges are expensive and they are not covered under your policy.
