Important Communication from Arch Insurance EU DAC
Arch Insurance EU DAC (AIEU) are the Insurer of our Patrona Flexi Car, Patrona Evolve Car and Bump Private are Car policies.
A sister company, Arch Insurance UK Ltd (AIUK), will relocate all their European Business currently written in the UK to Arch Insurance EU DAC on 31st December 2020 in preparation for Brexit.
The following has absolutely no impact on any Patrona or Bump policy.
Although it has absolutely no impact on any AIEU policy, the UK Court authorising this transfer require the policyholders of both AIEU and AIUK be informed about the proposed transfer. AIEU have prepared the enclosed pack and have asked that it be distributed to the current and former policyholders of:

IMPORTANT:

There is no impact to any Patrona or Bump policy at all. All AIEU policies and any claim(s) under them will remain with AIEU and, therefore, will not be affected by the proposed transfer.

No changes are required to be made to any Patrona Flexi Car, Patrona Evolve Car or Bump Private Car contract or policyholder documentation.
