All roles currently will be working from home due to current covid restrictions. Initial training will be provided in the office due to it being an essential function. Post covid, there will be an option for a hybrid 60/40 working model, reflective of % of time in the office in Wexford/% working from home if desired.

Compliance Manager CM-0321:
This position is a PCF level role and an integral part of our Executive Leadership Team. Leading two direct reports, the successful candidate will be responsible for overall leadership of the Compliance function and will have primary responsibility for the consumer protection compliance responsibilities of the Company including ongoing planning, training and monitoring of the Company’s Compliance framework. Key requirements for this role are:

- Professional Diploma in Compliance (LCOI) or similar third level qualification is essential.

- ACII desirable but not essential, minimum CIP required.

- Minimum 7 years working in a Compliance/Quality/Governance function within the Insurance Industry with preference to MGA and/or Insurance Company experience.

- Ideally 3 to 5 years working at Senior Leadership level in a similar role.

Office Administrator OA-0321:
This role is an entry level administration role which will suit someone keen to gain an insight into general business administration across all areas of the business. Ideally this person will have:

- Leaving Certificate or equivalent

- Proven experience of providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support services in a customer-focused environment.

- Relevant computer skills course desirable.

FNOL Handler FH-0321:
This role will suit someone who is looking for a career in a claim’s insurance function. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is willing to achieve their APA qualification within the first 12 months. Previous claims handling experience will be an advantage but not essential.
